2500 students were in attendance at the Massachusetts DECA Conference in Boston March 10th-12th.  Thirty one Plymouth South marketing students competed in test and role play categories or business plan presentations. 
Six have qualified to compete at the International DECA conference in Nashville the end of April:
Carly Bishop & Andrew Shortall for Gold Level Re-certification in School Based Enterprise.
Brianna Johnson & Mikaela Nolan - 3rd place in Finance Operations Research.
Nicole Mullally - 3rd place for Franchise Business Plan.
Joe Hajnasr - 1st place in Start-Up Business Plan.

Placing Top 10 in their categories:
Val Tarr in Food Marketing
Lindsay Ward for Business Services Operations Research
Alyssia Tavekelian in Start Up Business Plan
Sarah Leary for Creative Marketing Project

Receiving medals for a test or roleplay:
Courtney Carroll – 3rd place test in Principles of Hospitality & Tourism
And Sean O’Rourke – 3rd place role play in Sports & Entertainment
